When will I get my order?

We take extra care through packaging so it may take us 5 business days to fulfill an order. After it has been processed and packaged, it ships out!

The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated to 5 - 8 business days. 

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch please:

- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.

- Ask your local post office if they have your package.

- Check with your neighbors or your front desk/leasing office in case the courier left the package with them.

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, please use the contact form to let us know so we could sort it out! 

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, please let us know and we will follow up and work something out for you!
